And so we have finally reached Page 200. I'm sure you guys may have figured out the melody that was played by Link. I'm sure you've figured out the Zelda game that it came from, too. Indeed, this is how the group safely evacuates the ship before it is destroyed.

And to celebrate a successful 200 pages, I'm going to take this opportunity to give a special thanks for the people who have supported this comic for so long. I don't know when I will do this again, because I've been busier moreso with the comic than responding to how good the story and/or artwork is. Many have complimented on the art. Of course, couldn't respond to them all. There were so many O_O So here, I will take a moment and mention some names of those I think deserve the most thanks.

Molly-Sama and Yahiko-chan:
You two are the best. Thank you for showing me Smackjeeves and motivating me to get an account here. This site is awesome. This comic wouldn't be as successful here if not for you, in my opinion. So you two get the first thanks for telling me about the site and for supporting me. Much love ;)

Afrohawkman:
I could tell that you've been enjoying the comic. You've said many good things about it. And I read the Nomination Suggestions and saw that you nominated this comic for one of the most underrated comics and best Black-&-White comic. Though at the time, the comic didn't have a great deal of fans, I was really touched that you really thought well of this comic and helped to get other fans' attention. Thank you very much for your support :D

Czar Squid:
He's been a fan for some time. He actually helped in giving me a tip to attract more people to the comic. By keeping the comic alive and updating, sure enough, it became more and more recognized. He even flagged my comic as one of the links in his webpage for Wibble in order to attract some of his fans as well. Czar Squid helped tremendously.

Admin:
For featuring my webcomic in the Comic Spotlight during the Spring. That really took me by surprise. I received more and more fans because of it, too. I'm still shocked that over 200 people like this comic. Thank you very much.

Koal:
When the comic was just starting here, you were one of the earlier fans. I remember when you complimented my drawing skills and said reading this comic was like watching a movie. I know I never commented much, but I really thank you for how you've supported the comic. :)

Fire Wheaver:
You left many praising comments as well as funny ones. Thank you for your compliments on my artwork. I'm glad that you enjoyed this comic. It means a lot :)

gameboy+micron:
Thank you for all of the comments you left as well. I'm glad that this comic has kept you entertained. And I also saw what you put on the Nominations Suggestions thread. That was very thoughtful. I appreciate the support, man. :)

godmoderncommander:
I really like your comments. They've entertained me more than you know, man. I'm glad that you really like the comic. Thanks very much.

emilykonichi:
I remember talking to you a lot on Yahoo Messenger. You've known about the comic for quite some time. And you even mentioned it in the forums. I just wanted to say how much I appreciate how you've supported the comic. Also, keep up the good work with the writing. Maybe now that I have more free time, I'll be able to keep up with what you've written ;)

smeagol92055:
You left some pretty interesting comments regarding my pencil work. And I was actually touched, because you're the first person who actually gave question to what really influenced me to draw the way that I do. And you've also supported the comic very much.

BlazeTheHedgehog:
You tripped me out with the whole betting thing. LOL... But to be honest, I'm glad you're finding amusement in the comic as well. Thanks very much :)

Carlos Winters:
You've made few comments on my comic. Moreso than that, I've read what you have said about my comic in the forums. I was surprised to know that my comic was mentioned in two threads. You've helped in spreading the comic's name to other people and have lured more fans, and for that, I'm very grateful. Thank you very much for everything.

$uperLugia95, Supertoad, and grandmastern:
Each of you have mentioned my comic in the forums. I believe for nomination purposes. Thank you all for your support. It truly means a lot.

Grey_Wolf_Leader:
You've left a lot of comments that complimented my work. In fact, I think you've left more comments than any other fan...lol. Though I haven't always made a thank you response on all of them, I'll say it here. Thanks very much for everything. I'm really glad that this comic has been entertaining for you. Your support is greatly appreciated.

Other names worth mentioning deserve great thanks as well. I couldn't put all of the names, but I hope I don't hurt anyone's feelings because of that. To this group, I can't thank them enough for their support for the comic:
Jr DJ, rainbowcrayon, shadowstellar, Robinson3938, Arc Impulse, peanutbutterpancakes, Draconickitty, LuigiFreak, Djoing, fluffyfishy, Freakazoid, Captain Ghost, Eternal Cry, genx0, E-Mac, Silverlilly, Orange_Geomancer, Twentydragon, Shiny pokemons, Supersheep64, sanatonya, piccolofangirl, Schorhr, Aurax, Solax, Link_Luvr, Caitsith9001, chibi-ikki.

To those who I may not have mentioned, I just want to say thank you to all of the fans and for all of the people who have read this comic. To all of the guests who have left comments, thank you as well. And for those people without Smackjeeves accounts who have left no comments but have still enjoyed the comic, you deserve thanks as well. I'm really proud of what I've done here. And I know I'm not going to please everyone with my style of art or story. I know not everyone will agree with what I do with this comic, but I can tell you this much. The plot has already been written, and the storyboards already mapped out. Everything seen in this comic have been preplanned beffore posting. I know the climax and epilogue. But I'm sure you people understand that I can't tell you what will happen next. Just continue to sit back, relax, and enjoy the show. To be honest, the element of surprise is what helps strengthens the enthusiasms ;) Also, for more information regarding the comic, I'm going to update the News Post. I also have enough questions to put in my FAQ section. Also, a fanart section will be made now that I have two artworks of Lucia the Forest Fairy drawn by some of my friends.

Thank you again, everyone. You guys truly are the best. :D

And I might need to check, but I think some people still owe me money.

Thanks for listing my name, (though I'm not sure what I did besides give advice about the teeth thing.)

Reply Afrohawkman, June 4th, 2010, 6:56 pm

Of course you're welcome! I absolutely adore this comic. Great plot, in-depth and unique art, and references a plenty to the Zelda and Mario series'. I can tell you put a lot of work into this comic. I really do feel like it's one of the best underrated comics on this site. To this day I can't imagine why this doesn't have more fans.

Congratulations on 200 comics, and I appreciate you taking the time to thank all your fans. Not a whole lot of authors do that, myself included. I kind of wish I did.

Reply Blitzn'Burst, June 4th, 2010, 7:27 pm

;-; i dont care if i wasnt in the comment, even though i was probably ur 5th fan (now that I think of it) but I'm so glad you keep on going ;-;

Reply Thriller Man, June 4th, 2010, 8:31 pm

Aww, shoot. I actually meant to include your name in there, too, Blitz. You made more comments than most. I was so sure your name was there, too. That was my bad, man. I'm sorry T_T

And to Afrohawkman, I didn't expect this comic to have a lot of fans. I just wanted to see how well it would do. Not enough people know who I am, to be honest. Though I do update many times a week, I don't talk much on account of drawing comics. And color is an issue, too. There are readers on the site here who would have faved it if it had color. But just as long as there's a real Mario/Zelda crossover on the web, that's enough to satisfy me no matter if I have fans or not. To be honest, 238 fans isn't bad at all. I thought I wouldn't get to even 100 fans, let alone this many. But I've seen webcomics with up to 1000 to even past 3000 fans, which is crazy. If the fanbase here gets to be as big as some of the most popular webcomics here, that would simply be amazing. I wouldn't know what to do if that happened. But again, I thanks for your concern and the support ;)

Reply Grey_Wolf_Leader, June 4th, 2010, 9:48 pm

You're very welcome Thriller Man. My favorite art forms happens to be drawn art and pixelized sprite art (you know, the kind from old 2D video games). I've made it my personal goal to learn how to drawn as good as you, you're my inspiration!

Reply E-Man, June 4th, 2010, 10:05 pm

Oh! Thank you for the kind words! By the way, my name is E-Man. It is not E-Mac, OK?

Reply Thriller Man, June 5th, 2010, 12:19 am

My bad, E-Man. Also, you're welcome :)

Reply Captain Ghost, June 5th, 2010, 12:33 am

Here's to even more!

-cheers-

Definitely looking forward to it.

Reply Caitsith9001, June 5th, 2010, 5:40 am

This is the best comic around. I feel appreciated. We'll stick with ya through thin or thick.

Reply froufrou, June 5th, 2010, 11:06 am

WOOHOO 200 pages! :D

Awesome job so far. ^^ How you've managed to interlink two of my most favorite games ever is fantastic.

Good luck with future chapters! I'll keep watching!

For lack of better words. :P But really dude, I'm, honored to even be in your comments. I was completely taken aghast at your amazing artwork. But not even just the artwork; the story, characters, references. They're all incredible. I don't think I've every read and/or seen a Mario/Zelda comic as great as this (AHM is pretty close, though. :P) Anyone can clearly see the amount of effort you put into this. Even if it comes naturally or isn't a trifle to you, I still believe your effort is part of the force driving me to love this comic more and more. I rarely say this, but I truly do think you should bring your ideas up with Nintendo. I see a huge ray of light shining upon the idea, in fact. Your will, loyalty, and work put into this series is brilliant. :D

Reply sanatonya, June 6th, 2010, 12:41 am

:O zomg im on that list :O
thnks for that <3

congrats on 200 pages--not only is the story and art quality work, but you've had the dedication to keep this comic going. i'll be waiting on the edge of my seat for more pages :)

Reply Supersheep64, June 6th, 2010, 3:24 am

When you put this much effort into a comic, it can't not get popular.

Reply Jr DJ, June 6th, 2010, 11:07 am

I can't really think of anything to say that hasn't already been said. But thanks for the mention, man, and congrats on the 200 milestone!

Incidentally, Mario's also wondering who ripped off whom...

Reply rainbowcrayon, June 11th, 2010, 11:24 pm

Aww, I was thanked! This is the first time I've ever been thanked for supporting an artist/author/etc. before. I'm so glad you have as many fans as you do, and I hope you keep getting more! ^-^
